Last week, Seattle experienced it’s biggest snow storm in decades! We accumulated over a foot of snow, which is crazy for our hilly and mild-weather city. You may be thinking that much snow is not a big deal, but it’s an insane amount for Seattle! To be honest, when the meteorologists warned us about the snow, I laughed it off and totally thought that they were going to miss the mark on this one. Boy was I wrong! lol You saw a couple of my snowpocalypse outfits in my last post, so here’s another snow look with my duffle coat with faux fur hood and duck boots!
I’ve surprisingly gotten a lot of questions about this duffle coat with faux fur hood. It’s from Zara many years ago when Jeff and I first started dating. Zara just opened its first store in Seattle and I loved the coat and really wanted to buy it. In the end, I passed up on it because it was on the expensive side. But to my complete surprise, Jeff went back to get it and surprised me with this duffle coat with faux fur hood for Christmas! Not only is it special to me, but I still wear it a ton til this day. I love that it’s warm, chic, and goes with so many of my winter outfits! I haven’t been able to find a similar coat with a huge faux fur hood like mine, but these coats here and here are pretty close in terms of style!
During the snowpocalypse, I wore so many different boots that I don’t get to wear often like these duck boots! Duck boots sometimes look so ugly on its own, but styled with cute clothes and socks, you can make a really cute snow look! You can read my tips on how to make duck boots look cute!
