Let’s make a Trader Joe’s Halloween charcuterie board! Trader Joe’s has the best fall treats from maple leaf cookies to pumpkin spice batons and jack-o-lantern cookies. I loaded up on a ton of treats to create a fun Halloween charcuterie board! Below is everything I got to create this festive Halloween charcuterie board!

From Trader Joe’s:
- Halloween Joe Joe’s Cookies
- Maple Leaf Cookies
- Pumpkin Spice Cookies
- Pumpkin Spice Batons
- Cracker Assortment
- Speculoos Cookies
- Brie Cheese
- Salami
- Garlic Roasted Hummus
- Tiny White Pumpkin
Other treats:

When creating a charcuterie board, I always start off by placing the largest items like the white pumpkin, bowl of hummus, and brie cheese, which I cut into a coffin shape, onto a cutting board. I place them in a staggered way and far apart from each other. These will serve as the starting point/anchoring pieces for the Halloween charcuterie board.

Then I start using the other items to curve around those main pieces like carrots, salami, and crackers.

Now you can fill in the remaining blank spots. Play around with it and see what makes sense! For instance, I had a long large blank spot and thought the baton crackers would fit perfectly there. Finally, if there are any remaining small pieces, fill them in. Candy corn worked out great for this purpose.
Lastly, put on the finishing pieces to make it festive. I added the two candy eyeballs to the brief cheese coffin and stabbed it with a cheese utensil and strawberry jam. Don’t forget about the surrounding area of the Halloween board – add some pumpkins, spiders, skulls, etc. to make it extra festive!

Now that we’re done with the Halloween board, let’s set up the pumpkin craving table! Set out a tablecloth and/or craft paper for easy cleanup. Then add carving tools and a bucket for guts. You can also provide painting supplies like acrylic paint and paint brushes as well as stickers, markers, and stencils. Ask your guests to bring their own pumpkins in case they want a different size and color.
Since this pumpkin carving party set up was for the kiddos, I also added a DIY Halloween treat cup filled with candy, pencils, and eyeball ping pong balls – all from the Dollar Tree! While the kiddos and moms hung out, the dads played poker. We also had a costume contest and winners went home with prizes. It was so fun hosting our annual Pumpkins & Poker night!
