Boy, have I missed wearing a dress! It’s seriously been too long with Seattle’s cold weather. BUT when you get a super cute scallop dress like this one, you can always make an excuse to wear it (excuse currently in progress…)!
Skylar Belle sent me this scallop dress not too long ago and I just love that it’s simple, classic, and can easily be transitioned from day to night. And you guys all know from this summer that I have a HUGE soft spot for anything with a scallop hem! The fit seems true to size, but since it doesn’t come in an XS (my usual size), the Small still worked on me. It’s just a little extra loose, but that’s how shift dresses should fit anyways!
Getting into the holiday spirit, I thought it would be appropriate to wear this scallop dress with my favorite multi plaid blanket scarf. The red color in my scarf really pops against the navy dress, and my red nails adds an extra festive feeling! I’ll definitely be re-visiting this dress in the spring and summer seasons as well!
