I wore this outfit to work last week and received many compliments on it! The Chicwish tweed coat was definitely a favorite, which I’ll review more below, but I have to first say how I’m loving my new Banana Republic fringe hem cable sweater! It’s so cute alone and is a fun way to incorporate fringe during the holidays! If you like to wear sweaters loose like me, I would recommend sizing up on this one.
Playing with textures and prints in this fall (almost winter) outfit, I combined tweed, fringe, cable knit, and leopard! I also added a pair of bow pumps for something girly :). This is the fun part about layering. You can add so many different and interesting elements to your look!
So Chicwish recently sent me this “modern styling” tweed coat and here’s my short review on it! It’s long, great for layering, and the light grey color goes with everything! The fit was slightly big on my petite frame, but I didn’t mind this at all since I can wear oversized sweaters underneath. The material is also thick and of high quality – it definitely kept me warm through last week’s upper 40 degrees temperature! The pockets aren’t real, but the design is there for a slimming effect at the waist. This tweed coat is so beautiful, and for less than $95, I don’t know how anyone could resist! 🙂
