Parka Fur Hood Coat

parka fur hood coat, leith turtleneck sweater, casual winter outfit
parka fur hood coat, casual winter outfit
dolce vita neely over the knee boots, casual winter outfit
parka fur hood coat, casual winter outfit
Top: Leith Camel Turtleneck Sweater (comes in 3 other colors, also love this)
Bottoms: J Brand Skinny Jeans (similar here, here)
Outerwear: Zara Parka Fur Hood Coat (similar here, here, here, here)
Shoes: Dolce Vita Neeley Over the Knee Boots (also available here)
Bag: Rebecca Minkoff Love Crossbody (also available here)

Omgosh it was SO cold when we took these photos some weekends ago. I can still remember how windy it was and there was even a wind storm later that day! But hey, at least the wind created some cool photo effects!

So what to wear on blustery days like these? Sweaters and coats, of course! I got this parka fur hood coat as a gift a couple of years ago and it’s still my favorite this very day. I love its neutral color, the buckled strap details, and the thick wool that keeps me super warm. Plus, the ginormous faux fur hood is pretty epic, don’t you think? Faux fur always makes winter coats so much cuter and chic! Too bad Zara didn’t bring back this exact parka fur hood coat but I’ve found similar styles here and here. This one is also very popular and comes in five different colors!

Keeping the entire look neutral, and not to mention comfortable, I pulled together the rest of this casual winter outfit with grey skinny jeans and this turtleneck sweater. This sweater is perfect since it’s long, oversized, and does not make me itch at all (does anyone else have that problem with sweaters?)! It also comes in three other colors and I totally wish I got the blush before it sold out in my size! Lastly, boots are a huge necessity during blustery weather. I can’t imagine trekking through this weather without my Dolce Vita Neeley over the knee boots. The extra boot length also gave me extra warmth and is so chic!
