I don’t know if it’s the cold weather or what, but I just want to dress comfortably like all the time! You can call me basic, but this is how I’ve been dressing on the reg. A typical casual fall outfit first and foremost consists of a comfy top and this Madison & Berkeley swing top is just perfect for that. It’s light, loose fitting, and less than $40! It also comes in white!
I also need to tell you about these amazing TOMS Lunata booties. TOMS is known for comfort, and these were definitely designed for walking! Even though they are heeled (which I love since they elongate the legs), they are super comfortable and did not require any breaking in. On the first day, I wore these booties walking around for about six hours and no foot aches at all! I also love the rounded toe as it makes these booties pair well with any casual fall outfit! Since these TOMS Lunata booties are made of suede, I would recommend using some type of solution to protect them especially during rainy weather. I used this spray before wearing them out.
I’ve been super into scarves lately, but I can’t get myself to spend more than $50 on a single one. Well, great news ladies, this plaid scarf is only $11! It’s from Forever21 and is surprisingly super soft and good quality! It looks like the exact color I’m wearing is sold out online but maybe you’ll have better luck in the physical stores. I’m currently eyeing this and this plaid scarf as well!

Love the colour of the booties hun, they sound super comfy. I usually find overly distressed jeans too much but you make them look nice and wearable 🙂
There is nothing “basic” about this effortless yet chic style. The neutral bag, hat and plaid scarf (great steal btw) totally make it work.
