I’ve worn this mini pleated flared skirt before, and you’ll probably see me in it many more times. What makes me come back to this skirt is that it’s made of neoprene (aka scuba) fabric, which makes the skirt extra flouncy, keeps the structure/shape, and has little or no wrinkles (I also wore a dress in this fabric here).
For a more casual pairing with the skirt, I wore a new-ish Club Monaco chambray shirt. The light denim color will surely come in handy for those scorching hot summer days. By the way, I can’t I stop wearing these snake-like print ankle strap heels from Shoedazzle!

Love this outfit Tina. Scuba fabric is the best for all that you mentioned (especially since I don't have to iron/steam clothes made of scuba)! Too bad it's a thick material and I can get hot wearing scuba here in Hawai'i. But I love wearing it when I'm in the Mainland!

A black flared skirt is always a great investment because you can wear it with pretty much anything. I love the pleats on the skirt you're wearing because it adds a feminine touch to your outfit, which creates a nice contrast with the chambray shirt.
