Slow Cooker Pumpkin Spice White Hot Chocolate

It’s November which means it’s time to gear up for Thanksgiving! I’m sharing this toasty and delicious pumpkin spice white hot chocolate recipe that you can make in a slow cooker. I love how you can toss in all of the ingredients, let it sit in the slower cooker, and a big batch of this cozy drink will be ready before you know it. It’s so easy, stress-free, and perfect for the holiday season!

This slow cooker pumpkin spice white hot chocolate recipe is great for a night in or hosting Thanksgiving. I love the sweetness and creaminess from the combination of white chocolate and pumpkin together. Be sure to use high quality white chocolate chip like Ghiradelli for easier melting and even flavoring. The full recipe and instructions are below!

Pumpkin Spice White Hot Chocolate Ingredients

1 cup sweetened condensed milk
2 cups heavy whipping cream
6 cups whole milk
1 14oz can pumpkin puree
2 tablespoons pumpkin spice
1 12oz bag high quality white chocolate chip
Whipped cream (optional)
Cinnamon sticks (optional)

Directions

In a 6 quart slow cooker, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, heavy whipping cream, whole milk, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin spice, and white chocolate chips until smooth and combined.
Turn on slow cooker and set it on high for 2.5 hours, stirring occassionaly.
Once done, stir pumpkin spice white hot chocolate in slow cooker until smooth and ladle into mugs. Top off with whipped cream, pumpkin spice, and cinnamon sticks.

Once the pumpkin spice white hot chocolate is ready, set out the slow cooker and make it a fun self-serving station. Be sure to put out a ladle, mugs, whipped cream, cinnamon sticks, and pumpkin spice so your guests can make it themselves. I also used my bar cart to add other fall goodies including apple cider donuts, maple leaf cookies, kettle corn, and pumpkin spice cookies to make it even more of a treat. Decorate your fall bar cart with final touches like velvet pumpkins, faux fall stems, and a letter board that says “Pumpkin Spice and Everything Nice!”
