Flash back Friday to when we went on a weekend adventure to Friday Harbor in San Juan Islands! I wore this bandana scarf outfit on the first day of our trip. We were driving around the island and Jeff spotted this perfect spot with colorful leaves and a white picket fence. I didn’t even notice it, so I love how Jeff has an eye for Instagram-worthy spots now! We drove right by it and Jeff turned back around just to show me the spot. I knew he would be a good soon-to-be (IG) husband! hehehe
In this casual fall outfit, I’m wearing a funnel neck sweater that comes in this pretty emerald green color as well as three other colors. It has a little bit of wool in it for extra warmth. If you’re looking for a simple sweater, this is a great option. It is stretchy and has a slightly loose fit. For reference, I’m wearing an XS (0-2) – I’m usually a two and this fit true to size.
I paired this cozy bandana scarf with the sweater since the greens match perfectly. I love that the scarf is bandana style since it’s not too bulky but creates the same shape as blanket scarves. It’s so warm and soft, and I love the all of the fluffy tassels. Check out the olive green version too!
As you can tell, fall was in full force and we found so many beautiful spots and colorful leaves around the island! On this day, we were literally just cruising around the island. We stopped by a ton of parks with killer views and even found a cute llama farm along the way. I have a couple more fall outfits to share from San Juan Islands. Then, I’ll transition to holiday content! Who’s excited?!
