We couldn’t have asked for better fall weather this last weekend. It was so nice that I even got to wear this beautiful suede skirt, bare legs and all! I wore this fall outfit to get our fur babies pampered (their first blogger party hehe) and to dinner and bubble tea afterwards (is it even a weekend if there’s no bubble tea?)!
How gorgeous is this suede skirt? I’m so into burnt orange this year and it’s the perfect fall color! This skirt is right under $100 and I love how thick, smooth, and high quality it feels. The double buckle detail also adds an extra chic and edgy element. For reference, I’m wearing a size 25 and it fits slightly large as I’m in between a 25 and 26 right now. Also, it’s on the shorter side and I wouldn’t recommend wearing it to work, especially with the small slit. However, I can’t wait to style this skirt with a chunky sweater and over the knee boots for the weekends! Would you guys be interested in a post about how to style this suede skirt in different ways?
In my same Nordstrom shopping order, I purchased this drape front blouse. I wasn’t even thinking about styling it with the suede skirt, but as I was trying each piece on, I realized the colors matched perfectly. I put them on together, and voila – this outfit came to life! Don’t you just love it when an outfit unexpectedly comes together? For reference, I’m wearing an XS in the blouse and it fits slightly large (I’ve been a Small lately).
I can’t believe today is the first day of October already. I haven’t gotten a pumpkin spice latte this season yet, but I did put up some fall decor around the house. It’s my first year decorating for fall ever and it’s been so fun putting pumpkins in every corner and getting festive! Hope you guys have a happy October!!!
