If you couldn’t tell by now, I’m obsessed with Marc Fisher boots. I have the Yenna flat ones, and recently picked up these super chic Alinda ones. Both boots are seriously two of my favorite boot purchases ever and I’m excited to be sharing a detailed review of the Marc Fisher Alinda over the knee boots.
FIT
The fit of these Marc Fisher Alinda over the knee boots is THE reason why I love them so much. I have small calves and always struggle with finding boots that stay up. These are the perfect with a 15″ calf circumference. The fabric does stretch and form to your legs, so even if you don’t have small calves, definitely give these a try! The fit is amazing and will also slim your legs.
With a boot shaft of 22″, they hit me slightly below my mid-thighs on my 5’4″ frame.
If you ever have problems with your boots falling down, these over the knee boots have tassel strings that tie in the back to prevent this. Sometimes the strings slightly loosen up, but the boots won’t look slouchy and will still be chic on you!
For reference, I’m wearing a size 6.5 and they fit true to size.
COMFORT
These Marc Fisher Alinda over the knee boots have block heels of about 3.5″ tall and are unbelievably comfortable. Block heels are seriously my savior and they have allowed me to walk around downtown for hours in these. Even the pointy toe molds to my semi-narrow feet well and I haven’t felt any discomfort. However, if you have wide feet, I probably wouldn’t recommend these.
MATERIAL & CARE
These elegant and sexy boots are made of high quality suede. Before you wear them, I would recommend spraying them with suede protector first. Let it air dry for at least 24 hours in a ventilated area. It’ll protect your beautiful boots from rain and stains. As with any pair of suede shoes, refrain from wearing them on heavy rainy days, especially if you plan to walk outside a lot.
QUALITY & PRICE
I have worn the Alinda and the Yenna boots so much this season and they are very durable. The quality is exceptional especially at this price point. They look like the Stuart Weitzman over the knee boots but with a cute pointy toe and at a much more reasonable price. They are $230 at full price, which is a fourth of the Stuart Weitzman ones at $798.
OVERALL
Overall, you can’t beat finding amazing quality boots for this price! The Marc Fisher Alinda over the knee boots are just so incredibly chic and look great with bare legs or with skinny jeans. I literally could wear them every day! Definitely a top purchase from 2016!

What a fabulous pair of suede boots! I’ve never purchased a Marc Fisher pair of boots, though now that I’m googling it I see a lot of classic designs that are chic and versatile! Are these sold anywhere outside of the Internet? I would like to try them on. I have the same issue with having small calves and every boot looking baggy on me. I also have a large foot size in comparison to the rest of my body and the shoe makers always seem to size up the calves with the larger shoe sizes, so I worry that these would still be baggy on me.
