I’ve been searching far and wide for a cute and casual cable sweater dress all season long. I scoured through my usual go-to shops like Nordstrom and Asos but seriously could not find anything affordable that I liked. It wasn’t until The Pink Lily Boutique reached out to me that I found this cable sweater dress. It was my first time hearing about them and I’ve been hooked since! Isn’t it funny how you find things where you least expect them? This post isn’t sponsored but I had to share my new love for this boutique!
As I’m writing this post, I’m actually getting ready to head out for my trip soon. I’m going to New Zealand and Australia and cannot contain my excitement! So one of the major pros of this cable sweater dress is the fit. Who else has a hard time finding sweater dresses? They’re either too big and chunky or are skin tight on me. This one is the perfect in between – it fits well on top and flares out after the hips. By accentuating your waist, this dress is very flattering for different body shapes.
For reference, this cable sweater dress fits true to size. I love this emerald green color and it’s also available in a dark beige color as well as a burgundy red. Just note that the fabric is not thick if that’s what you’re looking for. It’s more on the thin side and ideal for packing on some layers like my checked scarf. The dress also looks amazing with over the knee boots!
