Hi everyone! Sorry I only posted once last week, I was in San Francisco for a work conference (anyone heard of RSA?) and didn’t get a chance to update you with a new outfit. No worries though, we had good weather on Saturday so I shot a bunch of looks for you. First up – this swing dress and over the knee boots combo!
I think a swing dress (and any other dress) paired with over the knee boots is super sexy. It’s something about that slight peek of your thighs – still covered up but keeps one mysterious? heheh I don’t know. Anyways, this Chicwish swing dress is so comfy since the fabric is light and it’s loose and very flowy (I attempted a few twirling photos and it just looked a little crazy since the dress is so flowy hehe). The wine color together with the bohemian floral print makes it a great transition piece from winter to spring and will also be perfect for fall!
I’m wearing an XS here and it fit well throughout. However, the dress is short even on my 5’4″ frame. I just wore some very short shorts underneath. But if you’re taller than me, I would recommend wearing this dress as a tunic with leggings or tights. I measured from the neck of the dress to the middle bottom of the dress (which is the shortest part) to be about 24 inches. If you need this dress to be longer, I found an exact duplicate here, and the length seems longer based on customer uploaded photos. However, I can’t speak to the quality of this version.
