Taking these over the knee boots out for a spin again and this time I’m styling them in a classic way! (I last wore these boots here in a bohemian chic outfit.)
A sweater dress and over the knee boots is such a timeless combination and I can’t believe I waited until now to wear this. Being petite, I have such a hard time finding sweater dresses. They’re usually too big and long on me and drown my body. Or they’re super itchy and I can’t stand wearing them for over a minute (does anyone else have this problem with sweaters in general?). But finally! The fashion gods sent this sweater dress to me (by “fashion gods”, I mean the UPS man). It’s super lightweight and comfortable. The fit is loose but doesn’t overwhelm your figure. It also has side slits that is the right length and not too short. Plus, it’s only $60! It’s a great affordable lightweight sweater dress for transitioning to spring and the neutral color will take you a long ways.
My only gripe about this sweater dress is that I wish it was just a tina bit shorter so you could see more thigh action. But I guess I can’t complain too much since it’s my fault (well my parents’ fault) for being shorter! I also haven’t washed the dress yet, but the quality only seems good but not amazing. I would suggest hand washing or dry cleaning it to really preserve the dress.

I have the same problem when it comes to sweaters/dresses. I can’t tolerate the itch. Being on the shorter side, I have the hardest time finding dresses that don’t go past my knee and look like pajamas. Lol!
