Happy first day of fall everyone! I can’t believe summer is already over. I’m going to miss Seattle’s perfect summer weather and gorgeous sunsets so much. But at the same time, I’m excited for boots, scarves, and layers! I still have several summer outfits that I still need to post, but wanted to share a fall outfit for the first day of autumn!
Everything I’m wearing in this fall outfit is actually from last year. But great news – they’ve all been restocked for this season! I wore this Nordstrom BP autumn plaid scarf way too much last year, and am surprised this is my first time posting about it. I love the warm fall tones and how it’s not too thick or too thin. It’s $29 and goes well with white, burgundy, navy, and olive clothing. The quality is fairly decent but, after some wear, this scarf does shed just a tina bit. I remember having to pull out some loose threads over time.
This burgundy dress is the perfect complement to the autumn plaid scarf. It’s from SheIn and I still can’t believe it’s only $13! For this price, it’s pretty good quality. It’s held up well for at least a dozen washes already ( as you can tell, I wore this dress a lot last year too hehe). Plus, there are several other colors to choose from. For reference, I’m wearing this burgundy dress in an XS and it fits true to size.
Since it’s still in the mid 60s here with beautiful sunny skies and crisp air, I’m taking full advantage of this weather to wear dresses with booties. These booties are from Hush Puppies and are seriously one of my favorite casual go-tos. They’re also super comfortable!
P.S. I’m headed to Colorado Springs next weekend for the very first time! I think it’ll be the peak for fall foliage! If you have any recommendations on where to visit and eat, I would love to know about them!

The color of that dress has me absolutely head over heels in love! It goes perfectly with your hair color, and the scarf is such a gorgeous addition. I think I’m obsessed with this entire outfit. I can definitely see myself wearing all these pieces nonstop.
