Lace Hem Sweater

club monaco jessaray lace hem sweater outfit, halogen studded pointy flats club monaco jessaray lace hem sweater club monaco jessaray lace hem sweater outfit, halogen studded pointy flats club monaco jessaray lace hem sweater outfit, halogen studded pointy flats
Top: Club Monaco Jessaray Lace Hem Sweater (save on this option)
Bottoms: J Brand Grey Jeans (similar here)
Shoes: Halogen Studded Pointy Flats
Bag: Street Level Vegan Leather Tote
Watch: Daniel Wellington c/o

I’ve been a HUGE sucker for lace hem sweaters lately. Whoever thought of this invention is a seriously a straight up genius. It’s such a simple solution to achieve the layered look without all that bulk!

When I first saw this beautiful lace hem sweater, I was a little skeptical because of its price. I typically try to spend $60 or less on a top so this was definitely out of my price range. However, after a couple of days of not being able to get it out of my head, I knew I had to cave in on this little splurge. Plus, I’ve had very good experiences with items from Club Monaco. The few shirts that I own from them have lasted me several years and are all of great quality! Well, this lace hem sweater is definitely no exception. It is made of very nice, soft wool and the eyelash lace details are so gorgeous and feminine! The sweater fits true to size (although I would size up if you want a slightly looser fit) and is available in gray and black too. If you don’t want to spend this much ($139) on a lace hem sweater, I found a similar and affordable option here (only $48!).

I’m actually wearing this outfit to work today since it’s comfortable and casual. I pulled all of the colors for this outfit from these Halogen studded pointy flats. The white and grey print of the shoes match with my sweater and jeans while the studded straps coordinate with my Street Level vegan leather tote (my most favorite affordable bag ever!). I usually don’t coordinate my outfit like this with my shoes but I’m totally digging this neutral color combination!
