This little floral number is so cute, I’ve worn it three times already (and I only got it a couple of weeks ago)! The fit-and-flare skater silhouette makes the dress fun and girly, and the red floral print against the white makes such a beautiful statement that I wanted to keep everything else simple with pointy-toe white pumps and a few gold accessories. The best, and probably most unexpecting, part of this is that the dress is less than $20! Yes, you read that correctly!
