In Vietnam, this is the biggest holiday of the year. Many people get time off work to be with family, honor traditions, eat amazing food, and celebrate together. Even though today marks the official start of the new year, the festivities continue over the next couple of weeks (and I’m headed to two LNY parties this weekend!).
